A wealthy immigrant from a politically powerful family in Venezuela and a war hero who became a crusading District Attorney in the city of Los Angeles in the late seventies, Guillermo Santos Sr. (Played by well-known actor, Erik Estrada), was responsible for cleaning up the Mob as well as most of the local gang activity in the city. His crowning achievement was the prosecution and conviction of notorious crime boss Micky ‘the fish” Sabatini which led to the mobster’s eventual death in prison shortly thereafter.
